Submissions:

Feature articles should be approximately 600 - 2400 words. If desired, you may also include an introduction of 25 - 75 words to be placed in our departmental Table of Contents.

Articles should be submitted in a Word document or text-only file by e-mail or disc. If any re-typing is required, they may not be accepted.

If sent by mail, articles will only be returned if you provide a sufficient pre-paid, self-addressed envelope. Ladies Golf Journey (LGJ) cannot be responsible for loss or damage to manuscripts.

Photos:

All photos should be submitted at the time of article submission. Photos must be in jpeg or gif formats and should be no larger than approximately 240 x 240 pixels. At our sole discretion, photos may be cropped and/or re-sized to fit our layout and website performance requirements. We also reserve the right to choose which, if any, of your photos we will use.

If sent by mail, only glossy photos will be accepted and will only be returned to you if you provide a sufficient pre-paid, self-addressed envelope. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to photos.

By submitting photos to us, you agree that you hold the copyrights or you have permission from the copyright holder for publication.

Acceptance:

All articles sent to and accepted by Ladies Golf Journey may be used in any of its content throughout its media vehicles. With acceptance of your article in Ladies Golf Journey, you agree that LGJ may use your article in any of our publications, electronic media, e-mails, or newsletters, etc.

Articles are accepted for by-line credit only. Only submit articles with this understanding.
