The Ridge Suite has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a private parlor with desk, two satellite televisions, and private bath. The Tralee Suite has a king size bed, private bath, and satellite television. The Members Lounge on the lower level provides an opportunity for a relaxed gathering. It’s a perfect place to talk about your great golf shots. In the morning, Executive Chef John Arnett can whip up Maker’s Mark dried cherry muffins, a croissant french toast casserole, or homemade buttermilk biscuits with country ham and red eye gravy to start your day. In the evening, you can relax at Connemara Bed & Breakfast or Chef John can serve you a nine-course dinner. Recent guests chose scallops and Peronod smoked salmon with green peppercorn sauce, or whole tenderloin with Maker’s Mark cranberry demi glace, and finished with chocolate bread pudding with homemade vanilla bourbon ice cream with caramel sauce. There is great shopping, fine dining, and entertainment just minutes away. Connemara House is also available for weddings, receptions, meetings, parties and other special occasions. Connemara House is a two-story brick mansion. Built around 1850, the historic home was placed on the National Register in 1985. The structure features Doric columns, jack arches, Flemish bond and extensive interior woodwork, all of which has been completely restored and updated to give guests a relaxing taste of Kentucky Hospitality!
