Spring Fling and Fun in the Sun
Ladies Spring 2007
As always, Fairway & Greene is known for its color, its attention to detail and its uncompromising quality. We think that by focusing on all these elements and improving our fit, that we will begin to set ourselves apart in the Ladies business, where price, inferior quality and inconsistent sizing have dominated.
The Spring 2007 Season will feature two color Collections and Deliveries - Spring Fling and Fun in the Sun.
Spring Fling showcases - Light Blue, Cocoa Brown, Lemon Yellow, Stone and Classic White. Blending these colors into a palate that is the perfect transitional segue from Winter into Spring.
Highlights are lighter weight cotton/nylon sateen stretch bottoms in all solid colors in skirts, shorts and longer capris.
Two printed bottoms add to the variety and wardrobing of this collection. A multi floral scalloped skirt is the perfect companion to cotton stretch tops with floral buttons and details. The multiplaid stretch skirt is another key item with coordinating tops with matching plaid collars and placket details.
We continue to expand the Classification Collection of our Pima Cotton Cable Sweaters in a multitude of colors and models. Starting with the finest Cotton, knitting it to our standards, finishing it with our details and offering it at the best value in the marketplace.
As the playing season heats up so do the colors and silhouettes. The Fun in the Sun color offerings are Peony Pink, Pear Green, Mint Blue, Basic Black and Classic White.
The same lighter weight bottoms are also featured in this collection in the appropriate colors and with more emphasis on shorts and skirts as the summer gets into full swing. A fun multi colored paisley skirt is the focal print in this group with any number of solid shirts as well as a hand embroidered paisley sweater to complete the outfit.
For the classic Fairway & Greene customer we have taken our basic white skirt and embellished it with a color coordinated argyle at the hem that matches both shirts with the same argyle details as well as sleeveless shells in our signature Pima argyle patterns.
Finally, to appeal to the younger, athletic gal who is always looking for quality in Natural finishes, we have added accent trim details on our basic white skirt finishing it with modern grommets and sewn it to flatter every figure. This skirt is the perfect companion to our sportier princess seam stretch golf shirts with coordinating and contrasting details.
To complete the collections and the outfits we are introducing a new fashion forward windjacket and windvest. Each garment comes with small details that make them unique in the outerwear arena. Most outerwear is masculine in fit and coloration.
Our garments are both a white base cloth with Light Blue piping/sewing on the Windjacket and with Black piping/sewing on the Windvest. These pieces are water-resistant and wind repellant. They will have function but more importantly fashion!
